Less than pleased with an office that’s a squeeze? With contracts from as little as three months and the option to scale your space up or down during that time, flexibility comes as standard. Plus we’ll make sure your office is ready-to-go from day one. Just turn up, grab a cuppa and plug in.

I get to call our Work.Life Borough space home, and I’m excited to get to know everyone while keeping the buzz our community is known for alive!

Can I pay by credit card?
No, sorry – all our memberships are charged via direct debit.
Can I change my office mid-contract?
Yes! Our agreements can be flexible to support the ever-changing needs of your business. Have a chat with your membership manager about the finer details and timelines associated with each move.
Can I have more members than desks?
Yep! We have a fully bespoke membership scheme and can build a plan that suits the specific needs of your business, no problem.
Do we all get keys?
We issue a standard amount of keys per office but, if you need more, we’ve got you – we can add additional keys to the inventory for £20+VAT/key.
Are we allowed to decorate our office?
Absolutely! Get creative and show us what you’re all about. Lay down roots and really put your stamp on the office to make it feel like home! We can also help with a range of furnishings and a weekly visit from our handyman, who can help get things sorted for you.
Can we build an internal meeting room?
Some of our offices do have space for their own meeting room and we can build internally at a cost, and the office should be returned in its original condition if you decide to move on. You will, however, have a very competitive amount of inclusive meeting room credits as part of your membership.
Can we fully frost windows for privacy?
If you wish to customise your new office space, have a chat with your membership manager about ways we can support.
Do you offer any IT extras?
We can help with lots of extra bits of IT infrastructure, from firewalls to rack space and static IPs. Your membership manager can give you the specifics.
