Hammersmith has some stunning places close by - my favourite thing to do is go for a walk and drinks by the canal after work, especially if the sun is shining.

How much does it cost to rent an office space at Work.Life?

We get it; price point is a pretty key consideration for any business. But don’t worry – we pride ourselves on being really transparent, so you won’t get a nasty surprise with any sneaky hidden costs.

If you’re looking for a new workspace to rent, our rates range from £350-£900 per desk, per month, depending on location. Our office spaces always include great amenities like on-site showers, free tea, coffee and cold drinks and regular social events, as well as Wi-Fi, utilities and top-notch service from our on-site membership teams.

What are the benefits of a communal workspace?

Regardless of your business size, a flexible workspace can be great for both employee engagement and your bottom line. In a shared workspace, companies will use communal facilities, common areas and top amenities, which is great for the environment, too!

If you choose a hot desking membership, you’ll be in the communal area alongside like-minded professionals and businesses. But basing your business in a coworking space doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll be in a co shared area; you can rent a private office within a larger shared workspace. Yes, we offer fully equipped meeting rooms that members can easily book as part of their office rental package.We offer discounted meeting room credits to members.

This credit system allows you to reserve meeting rooms without worrying about unexpected costs, making it easy to hold client meetings, team brainstorms, presentations or interviews within a professional environment.

How many people can the meeting rooms accommodate?

Our spacious meeting rooms can fit anywhere from 4-20 people. On each meeting room description, you’ll see the recommended capacity.

How much do meeting rooms cost?

The cost of hiring a meeting room varies depending on the size of the space, typically ranging from £40–£90 + VAT per hour.

Both Flex and Unlimited members get discounted meeting room bundles, making it easy (and more affordable) to collaborate with your team or host client meetings.

Do the meeting rooms come with video conferencing?

To help you seamlessly collaborate with your team wherever you are, one meeting room in each coworking space comes equipped with video conferencing software.

The meeting rooms with video conferencing are clearly marked on the meeting room descriptions.

All meeting rooms also come with screen sharing, video conferencing, and a whiteboard, to help you achieve maximum productivity with your team.

What are the meeting room tech requirements?

Compatible with all modern Mac and Windows laptops (2017 onwards). Connection is via USB-C — if your device doesn’t have a USB-C port, adaptors are available at reception.
