Essentials like office furniture, Wifi, office cleaning, security services, and printing and posting services are all included in the cost of renting. Your team can also enjoy socialising with like-minded teams, with perks like Work.Life socials and wellness events.
We have numerous local partnerships in place to offer you discounted rates at restaurants, shops, gyms and other amenities in the area. All of our serviced offices also have a dog-friendly policy.
What office sizes are available?
At Work.Life we have offices available from 2-50 desks including private offices and larger all-inclusive suites. Request a viewing to come and take a look for yourself.
How does your pricing compare with other office space providers?
There’s few different office providers in the local area and each will have their own pricing structure.
At Work.Life, we like to keep things simple, with one monthly cost with access to everything in the space, including private phone booths, breakout spaces, collaboration zones and kitchen facilities, plus all your furniture, cleaning, security, and Wifi.
At Work.Life £100 worth of meeting room credits are included per desk, per month – and any further meeting rooms beyond this are 50% off the usual rate, so if your business has a lot of meetings you’ll still benefit from heavily discounted meeting rooms on top of your plan. Most office space providers don’t include meeting rooms in the cost of an office space.
