A great base to work from, with a fantastic front of house team who organise events and keep us well fed. There's always plenty of space in the co-working areas to settle in with your laptop for the day, and private areas for making calls. And there's the added bonus of other co-workers often bringing in their dogs!

I have been working here for over a year now and love it. Everyone you meet is really friendly and fun to work around, and the space itself is conducive to getting your head down and being productive. The area is great too. The staff are hugely accommodating and look to help you and your business out as much as possible.

Work.Life is a relaxed environment that creates a nice community feel, through the regular events and activites designed to bring the various corporations/freelancers together. The perks on offer are the highlight of each day and sometimes the reason why I come into the office.

Farringdon coworking space FAQs

Where is Work.Life Farringdon?

Our Farringdon workspace is superbly located next to Barbican and Farringdon station. Just down the road from Clerkenwell and Holborn, there’s plenty to do in the local area.

And just wait until you see inside the space… you won’t want to leave!

What are the differences between the two coworking memberships?

If it’s complete flexibility you’re looking for, and you think you’ll only use workspace once or twice per week, Flex offers pay as you go coworking meaning you only pay for space as you use it.

If you plan to use a coworking space more than two days per week, Unlimited is more cost-effective – plus, you get 24/7 buildings access, a 50% discount on meeting rooms, plus mail handling, a registered business address, and printing credits all included.

Both coworking memberships give you full access to all our coworking spaces in London, Reading, and Manchester.

Still not sure which membership is right for you? Book a tour of Farringdon today.

Should I choose Flex or Local?

We recommend our Flex membership for those who only need workspace 1 or 2 days a week. Our Local membership is more cost-effective for those needing workspace more regularly or who wish to benefit from the additional perks such as 24/7 access and 50% off meeting rooms.

Nearby Farringdon station (7 minute walk) is on the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines, and is a Thameslink and National Rail train station. Also just down the road, Moorgate station offers a Northern line connection as well as National Rail trains.

Who are hot desks for?

Hot desking is perfect for freelancers, remote workers, business travellers or small teams looking for an inspiring collective work space without any commitment or up-front costs. With a monthly hot desk plan, you get complete access to a coworking space, with the flexibility of a new seat every day you visit the space. Plus, you get access to all the benefits of coworking, including the opportunity to network with other businesses and entrepreneurs in a collective work space. It’s a great option for those looking to take the next step in their professional career, without investing in a physical office space for them or their team.

What is a hot desk?

A hot desk is a system where workspaces aren’t allocated to one individual. Instead, desks are used by different people every day. When you book a hot desk, you are renting a workspace, but not one single desk!

In a coworking space, hot desking is a cost-effective and productive way to rent workspace. In larger organisations, a hot desk office space can maximise space efficiency and reduce real estate costs.
