Are the office spaces furnished?

Yes, all our office spaces are fully furnished. Desks and chairs come as standard, along with furniture for meeting rooms and breakout areas and a fully-equipped kitchen. We also offer customisation options, so you can make your office how you want it with additional features like plants, artwork, or even a private phone booth for those all-important calls.

What types of office spaces are available for rent?

Work.Life offers flexible serviced offices in LondonReading and Manchester, perfect for teams of 2-40. These office spaces include 24/7 access to the entire workspace, including meeting rooms, breakout spaces, kitchen facilities, private phone booths, and showers.

We also offer private office suites in some locations, which are self-contained offices with an internal meeting room, breakout spaces and private phone booths, with a kitchen and tea point shared with one or two other businesses.

How much does it cost to rent an office space at Work.Life?

We get it, price point is a pretty key consideration for any business. Don’t worry, we pride ourselves on being really transparent, so you won’t get a nasty surprise with any sneaky hidden costs.

If you’re looking at a new workspace to rent, our rates range from £350 – £900 per desk, per month, depending on location. Our office space are always inclusive o great amenities like on-site showers, free tea, coffee and cold drinks and regular social events, as well as Wifi, utilities and top-notch service from our on-site membership teams.

What’s a coworking office space?

A shared office in a communal coworking space is a great alternative to a traditional office lease, home office or hot desking for startups and small businesses.

A private office space gives you affordable, flexible workplaces, with the amenities of coworking – think unlimited coffee, social events, fitness classes and networking opportunities – but with a bit more privacy. Plus you also have the opportunity to brand your office space and make it your own.

A private office in a coworking space comes fully equipped with furniture, plug sockets, WiFi, and other extras, so you don’t have to worry about a thing when you move into your new office.

Is there a minimum lease period for renting an office space at Work.Life?

We know every business is different, so we’re super flexible with our contracts. There’s a minimum lease period of 3 months, but we just know you’ll want to stick around longer than that!

The cost of our workspace to rent is really competitive, with rates starting at £360 per desk per month. All come with a host of office space perks like on-site showers, free tea, coffee and cold drinks and regular social events. We also include ninja-fast Wifi, utilities and top-notch service from our on-site membership teams are also included.

Do I have access to meeting rooms or communal spaces with my office rental?

Absolutely! You get £100 worth of meeting room credits included every month. Plus, access to communal spaces, including kitchen facilities, breakout spaces and private phone booths. Amenities like on-site showers and secure bike storage are also included in the price.
