We require all members to pay by direct debit. We’ll discuss the best option for you when you sign up.
How does the £20 monthly fee for Flex work?
The £20 fee is charged at the start of each month and is credited to your usage. So, for example, if you’re charged £20 on 1st January, and your usage costs £40, you’ll only be billed for the remaining £20 when you use the space next.
How do I sign up a team?
Once you’ve signed up, just drop a quick email to our location manager to add your team members. They’ll help get everyone on the same account and set up for a smooth start.
Can I bring a guest?
Yep! You’re welcome to bring a guest. Just make sure they check in at the front desk when they arrive, and feel free to enjoy the space together!
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we love pets! You can bring your dog along as long as they’re comfortable in the space. Just keep them on a leash or in your private office.
Can I bring my bike?
For sure! We have bike racks available, so feel free to bring your bike along.
Can I bring my monitor?
Yes, definitely! You’re welcome to bring your monitor. Just check in with your membership team about storage options if you need a place to keep it when you’re not in the office.
Can I rent coworking space in Soho for one day or just a few days?
Our coworking space in Soho, London is available to rent per hour, per day or for just a few days with our Flex membership for £7.00 per hour. Access our Soho office as well as all other locations in London, such as Liverpool Street, Camden, Farringdon and many more. Our Flex membership also gives you 25% off all meeting rooms, alongside ninja-fast Wifi, unlimited coffee, and free breakfasts. Opting for coworking is great for individuals or small teams as you can have access to multiple hot desk locations as well as great amenities, included in the price of a membership.
