Are there any additional costs to setting up my membership?
No set up fees or deposits required. Just sign up for the membership that best suits you/your team, select your extras, and get going!
How do I sign up my whole team?
Simply sign up using the main account holder’s details, and then add your team members under the same account to ensure simpler management and invoicing.
Can I book meeting rooms in another location with my discount if I’m don’t have all-space access?
Yes of course! Your 25% meeting room discount applies to all locations. If you wish to work from that space for the day, you can also purchase a day pass.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, guests are welcome at Work.Life. Each membership may use one free guest pass per month, and for any additional guests you can add on as an extra. Guests attending a meeting with you in one of our meeting rooms don’t require a pass, however if they will also work from the space before or after the booking then a pass is required. All guests must be registered with your membership team ahead of time, or as they arrive.
Can I pause or cancel my membership easily?
Yes, you have the ability skip a month (a maximum of twice per annum) or cancel. All we ask is five days’ notice before month-end.
Can I use multiple locations?
Yes you can, you just need to select ‘all-space access’ as your location when signing up.
Can I use Flex passes across multiple locations?
Yes, you just need to select ‘all-space access’ as your location when signing up; if you choose a single location your passes are restricted to this space.
Do I need to pre-book the days I/my team plan to be in the space?
No need to book ahead. We have Wi-Fi check-in in all our locations, so you can grab a coffee and set up right away.
How can I share Flex passes with my team members?
As long as your team member has an account with us, they can draw down from your bundle. There’s no limit to how many team members can use your bundle.
How do the extras work?
Add or remove features with five days’ notice before month-end, and changes will apply to your next renewal.
How will I be billed?
If you’re a Flex Member: One monthly invoice on the first of the month, including all add-ons and then any additional meeting room bookings will be charged as the booking concludes. To benefit from one monthly bill, you can add on meeting room credits as a recurring add-on.
If you’re an Unlimited Member: One monthly invoice on the first of the month, including all add-ons and any meeting room bookings made the month prior.
If I commit to 6 or 12 months, what happens when I reach the end of my term?
You will move onto a rolling monthly plan for the same price you committed to!
If I want to regularly work from my home space, but want to visit another space occasionally, how do I do this?
You can purchase a day pass for the location you’d like to use, or depending on your needs you can also book a meeting room or even a private office for the day. If you’d like to frequently work in different locations, then we’d recommend purchasing an all-space access pass.
What does monitor rental entail?
We have limited monitors available in each location, but you’ll be able to see availability and reserve a monitor in advance, or if you have your own you can bring this along and store in a locker on site. Each location has different storage solutions, so please speak to the manager of the space if you’d like to bring your own monitor.
What happens if I don’t use all my Flex passes in a month?
Be sure to use your passes before they expire—any unused passes won’t carry over to the next month.
What happens if I need more passes than my plan includes mid-month?
You can top up easily, as a one-off or as part of your monthly renewal.
What if I only want to use the space for a few hours?
No problem, you can draw down on your bundle by half or full days. A half day is determined by a session less than 4 hours.
What reporting tools will teams have for managing Flex passes and usage?
Teams can see balance and usage in the analytics section of their account.
What’s included in the base Unlimited plan without extras?
24/7 use of your chosen location’s (or all-space access if you chose this option) hot desking, breakout areas, phone booths and kitchen – plus access to community social and events!
Will I have restricted access to the workspace?
You have access any day of the week, and on the day(s) you choose to visit the space you will have access all day (00:01 until 23:59).
Will I have restricted access to the workspace?
No, with an unlimited membership you can access the space 24/7.
Will the Unlimited plan allow me to use other locations?
