When will Work.Life Clerkenwell Green open?

We’ll open our doors at the end of August 2025.

What facilities and perks do I get as a coworking member?

You’ll have access to showers, lockers, secure bike storage, and a fully-equipped kitchen. We also offer a range of facilities to suit different ways of working, including private phone booths and meeting rooms with video conferencing.

When can I access the building?

  • Unlimited members: 24/7 access to the building.
  • Flex members: You can access the space from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, every day (including weekends).

What’s your cancellation policy?

  • Flex members can cancel anytime—no strings attached!
  • Unlimited members just need to give 5 days’ notice before the end of the month if they want to cancel.

What are my billing/payment options?

We require all members to pay by direct debit. We’ll discuss the best option for you when you sign up.

How does the £20 monthly fee for Flex work?

The £20 fee is charged at the start of each month and is credited to your usage. So, for example, if you’re charged £20 on 1st January, and your usage costs £40, you’ll only be billed for the remaining £20 when you use the space next.

How do I sign up a team?

Once you’ve signed up, just drop a quick email to our location manager to add your team members. They’ll help get everyone on the same account and set up for a smooth start.

Can I bring a guest?

Yep! You’re welcome to bring a guest. Just make sure they check in at the front desk when they arrive, and feel free to enjoy the space together!

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we love a bit of dog therapy. We just ask that you keep them on a leash or in your private office so they don’t disturb others.

Can I bring my bike?

For sure! We have bike racks available, so feel free to bring your bike along.

Can I bring my monitor?

Yes, definitely! You’re welcome to bring your monitor. Just check in with your membership team about storage options if you need a place to keep it when you’re not in the office.

How much does a coworking space cost in Farringdon?

Renting a Farringdon coworking space will cost you £350 per month or £7 per hour. The cost will depend on which type of membership plan you choose.  

The pay-as-you-go plan provides excellent value for those using their coworking space 1 to 2 days a week, while the monthly plan is ideal if you plan to be there more than 2 days a week. Both plans include:

What kind of people are members?

Do you offer trial days?

We don’t typically offer trial days but our memberships are super flexible, speak to your membership manager on your tour and they’ll be able to advise on how best you can experience what it’s like coworking with us!

Can my company pay for me?

Absolutely… in fact – we encourage it!

Can I use any location?

Yep, space-hop to your hearts content.

What if there are no seats available?

All our spaces are popular but in the unlikely event there’s no seats left our teams have a few back up options and will do all they can to ensure you’ve got somewhere to work from. If you’re worried it might be a busy day just give the team a call on your way and they’ll let you know how we can best accomodate you.

Can I register my business at a Work•Life address?

Yes, you’ll just need to bolt-on our virtual office package.

Can I receive post?

Yes! Unlimited members can get their post delivered to Work.Life as standard, and Flex will need to add on mail handling from our virtual office package.
