What facilities and perks do I get as a coworking member?
You’ll have access to showers, lockers, secure bike storage, and a fully-equipped kitchen. We also offer a range of facilities to suit different ways of working, including private phone booths and meeting rooms with video conferencing.

How does the £20 monthly fee for Flex work?
The £20 fee is charged at the start of each month and is credited to your usage. So, for example, if you’re charged £20 on 1st January, and your usage costs £40, you’ll only be billed for the remaining £20 when you use the space next.
How do I sign up a team?
Once you’ve signed up, just drop a quick email to our location manager to add your team members. They’ll help get everyone on the same account and set up for a smooth start.
Can I bring a guest?
Yep! You’re welcome to bring a guest. Just make sure they check in at the front desk when they arrive, and feel free to enjoy the space together!
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we love a bit of dog therapy. We just ask that you keep them on a leash or in your private office so they don’t disturb others.
Can I bring my bike?
For sure! We have bike racks available, so feel free to bring your bike along.
Can I bring my monitor?
Yes, definitely! You’re welcome to bring your monitor. Just check in with your membership team about storage options if you need a place to keep it when you’re not in the office.
Can I rent a workspace in Hammersmith for a few days?
Yes, Work.Life offers temporary office spaces for short-term rentals at all our London office space locations. These temporary offices include fully furnished desks, ninja fast WiFi and much more, for a week, a month, or a little more.
Our flexible office space in West London offers a solution for businesses considering a hybrid workforce who want to test the waters.
Who uses Work.Life’s West London coworking spaces?
Just like our other coworking spaces, our Hammersmith shared office space welcomes all industries and business sizes – from freelancers up to SMEs.
Though you’ll find a huge range of businesses spread across two spacious floors, the most common industries at Work.Life Hammersmith are IT & software, financial services, HR & recruitment, and legal.
What are the differences between the two coworking memberships?
At Work.Life we have two uber-flexible memberships to choose from – Flex and Unlimited – each with their own benefits.
If it’s maximum flexibility you’re after, Flex provides pay as you go coworking, so it’s best if you’re planning on using a workspace less than two days per week.
If you’re planning to use an office space more than two days per week, Unlimited is the more cost-effective option. Included in your membership, you get 24/7 building access, a 50% discount on meeting rooms, plus mail handling, a registered business address, and printing credits.
Whichever you choose, both memberships give you full access to all our coworking spaces in London, Reading, and Manchester.

Do you offer trial days?
We don’t typically offer trial days but our memberships are super flexible, speak to your membership manager on your tour and they’ll be able to advise on how best you can experience what it’s like coworking with us!

Absolutely… in fact – we encourage it!
Can I use any location?
Yep, space-hop to your hearts content.
What if there are no seats available?
All our spaces are popular but in the unlikely event there’s no seats left our teams have a few back up options and will do all they can to ensure you’ve got somewhere to work from. If you’re worried it might be a busy day just give the team a call on your way and they’ll let you know how we can best accomodate you.
Can I register my business at a Work•Life address?
Yes, you’ll just need to bolt-on our virtual office package.
Can I receive post?
Yes! Unlimited members can get their post delivered to Work.Life as standard, and Flex will need to add on mail handling from our virtual office package.

Hey, I'm Lucy - I've been at Work.Life Hammersmith since February 2024.
My favourite part of my role is meeting new people, building relationships with not only the amazing members, but also the dog population we get in the space.
