Are there any extra costs when signing up for a membership?
Nope – no set-up fees, no deposits. Just sign up for the membership that suits you, add any extras and get going!
Can I book discounted meeting rooms in another location if I don’t have all-space access?
Yep – your 25% meeting room discount applies to all locations, not just your coworking office space in Farringdon. You can also buy a day pass if you want to settle in and work from that space for the day.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, guests are welcome at our Farringdon coworking spaces and other locations! Each membership comes with one free guest pass per month, and you can add more for extra guests.
Guests joining you in one of our meeting rooms don’t need a pass, unless they’re also working from the space before or after the booking. All guests just need to be registered with your membership team ahead of time or as they arrive.
Can I easily pause or cancel my membership?
Yes! You can pause your membership for one whole calendar month (up to twice a year) or cancel if needed — whatever works best for you. Just give us five days’ notice before the end of the month. If you do pause, your membership end date will shift back, so you won’t miss out on any time with us.
Can I use Flex passes across multiple locations?
Yes, you just need to select ‘all-space access’ as your location when signing up. If you choose a single shared workspace, your passes are restricted to here.

Sure – just select ‘all-space access‘ when signing up.
Do I need to pre-book your Farringdon coworking office?
No need to book ahead. With Wi-Fi check-in at all our locations, including our Farringdon spots, you can grab a coffee and set up right away.
How can I share Flex passes with my team members?
As long as your team member has an account with us, they can draw down from your bundle. There’s no limit to how many team members can use it.
How do I sign up my whole team?
Sign up using the main account holder’s details, then add your team members under the same account. It’s as easy as that – and it simplifies management and invoicing.
How do the extras work?
No stress – just add or remove features with five days’ notice before month-end, and changes will apply to your next renewal.
How will I be billed?
Flex members: One monthly invoice on the first of the month, including all add-ons, with any extra meeting room bookings charged when they finish. If you want this in one convenient monthly bill, you can add meeting room credits as a recurring add-on.
Unlimited members: One monthly invoice on the first of the month, including all your add-ons and any meeting room bookings from the previous month.
If I commit to 6 or 12 months, what happens when I reach the end of my term?
You’ll simply move onto a rolling monthly plan for the same price you signed up for– no scary price jumps!
If I only want to occasionally visit your coworking space, how do I do this?
You can buy day passes for coworking in Farringdon or any other location you’d like to use, or book a meeting room or even a private office.
What happens if I need more passes in a particular month than my plan allows?
No worries – it’s easy to top up, either as a one-off or as part of your monthly renewal.
What happens if I don’t use all my Flex passes in a month?
Unfortunately, they don’t carry over, so it’s best to use them before they expire!
How does the renting of monitors work?
We offer limited monitors in each location, including our Farringdon coworking spaces. You can easily view availability and reserve a monitor in advance, or bring your own and store it in a locker on site. Each location has different storage options, so please speak to the manager of the space to check.
What if I need the space for a few hours?
No problem, you can draw down on your bundle by half or full days. A half day is a session that’s less than 4 hours.
What reporting tools do teams have for managing Flex passes and usage?
Teams can quickly check balance and usage in the analytics section of their account.
What is included in the base Unlimited plan without extras?
24/7 use of your chosen workspace in Farringdon (or all-space access if you chose this option), hot desking, breakout areas, phone booths and kitchens – plus regular community socials and events!
Will I have restricted access to your Farringdon coworking office?
You can drop in any day of the week, and on the day(s) you visit, you’ll have access all day (00:01 until 23:59).
Will the Unlimited plan allow me to use other locations?
Yes, you just need to select ‘all-space access’ as your location when signing up. If you choose a single coworking office in Farringdon or elsewhere, your passes are restricted to this space.
Can I move to a different Work.Life location during my membership?
Yes, you can! If you’re on a longer-term membership and want to switch locations, we’re happy to help. Just give us five days’ notice and have a quick chat with our Membership team — we’ll do our best to make the move as smooth as possible.
