Add extras to your membership in the plan builder. You can add or remove extras to your plan at any time.
How do the extras work?
Simple – add or remove features a minimum of five days before month-end. Changes will apply to your next renewal.
How do I sign up my whole team?
Simply sign up using the main account holder’s details and add your team members under the same account. You’ll make management and invoicing easy.
Can I pause or cancel my membership easily?
Yes, you can skip a month up to two times per year or cancel no questions asked. All we need is five days’ notice before month-end.
Are there any extra costs to set up my membership?
No set-up fees or deposits needed – just choose the membership that suits you/your team, add your extras and join us!
How does monitor rental work?
We have limited monitors available in each coworking space, but you’ll be able to see availability and reserve a monitor in advance. Alternatively, you can bring your own along and store it in a locker on-site.
Each of our spaces for coworking has different storage options, so please speak to the space manager if you’d like to do this.
Can I use multiple coworking offices?
Yes, you can, you just need to select ‘all-space access’ as your location when signing up.
Can I bring a guest?
Yep! You’re welcome to bring a guest. Just make sure they check in at the front desk when they arrive, and feel free to enjoy the shared workspace together!
If I want to regularly work from home and visit another space occasionally, how do I do this?
You can buy a day pass for the coworking space you’d like to use, or, depending on your needs, you can book a meeting room or even a private office for the day. If you’d like to frequently work in different locations, we’d recommend getting an all-space access pass.
Can I book discounted meeting rooms in another location if I don’t have all-space access?
Of course! Your 25% meeting room discount applies to all locations. If you want to work from that space for the day too, you can buy a simple day pass.
If I commit to 6 or 12 months, what happens when I reach the end of my term?
You’ll move onto a rolling monthly plan for the same price you committed to – no nasty jumps!
How do I share Flex passes with my team?
As long as your colleague has an account with us, they can easily draw down from your bundle. There’s no limit to how many team members can use it either.
What happens if I don’t use all my Flex passes in a month?
Any unused passes won’t carry over to the next month, so try to use them before they expire!
What if I need the space for a few hours?
No problem, you can draw down on your bundle by half or full days. A half day is a session that’s less than 4 hours.
Can I use Flex passes across multiple locations?
Yes, you just need to select ‘all-space access’ as your location when signing up. If you choose a single shared workspace, your passes are restricted to here.
What happens if I need more passes than my plan includes mid-month?
You can top up easily, as a one-off or as part of your monthly renewal.
What reporting tools do teams have for managing Flex passes and usage?
Teams can quickly check balance and usage in the analytics section of their account.
Do I need to pre-book the days I/my team plan to be in a coworking space?
No need to book ahead. With WiFi check-in at all our locations, you can grab a coffee and set up right away.
Will I have restricted access to the workspace?
You have access any day of the week. On the day(s) you choose to visit the space, you’ll have access all day (00:01 until 23:59).
Will the Unlimited plan allow me to use other coworking spaces?
Yes, you just need to select ‘all-space access’ as your location when signing up; if you choose a single location, your passes are restricted to this space.
What’s included in the base Unlimited plan without extras?
24/7 use of your chosen location (or all our flexible workspaces if you choose all-space access), hot desking, breakout areas, phone booths and kitchens – plus community socials and events!
Can I move to a different Work.Life location during my membership?
Yes, you can! If you’re on a longer-term membership and want to switch locations, we’re happy to help. Just give us five days’ notice and have a quick chat with our Membership team — we’ll do our best to make the move as smooth as possible.
