When is virtual office launching?
We’re getting virtual offices ready and will share a launch date soon. Register your interest and you’ll be among the first to hear.
Do I need to have a registered company before applying?
To be eligible for our Virtual Office service, your business must either be incorporated and registered with Companies House, or be regulated by the FCA or SRA.
If your business is incorporated, you’ll need to provide your company registration number as part of the application process. If you are applying as an FCA- or SRA-regulated business, we may ask for details to verify your regulatory status.
Which locations will have virtual office addresses?
All of them. You’ll be able to choose an address at any of our 15 locations.
London: Aldersgate Street, Bermondsey, Borough, Camden, Clerkenwell Green, Fitzrovia, Hammersmith, Holborn, Liverpool Street, Old Street, Soho, St Cross Street and Victoria.
Beyond London: Manchester and Reading.
Can I use this address for Companies House?
Can I choose how my mail is handled?
Yes, if you have a Virtual Office or Virtual Office Hybrid plan. By default, your mail preferences will be set to open, scan and hold. If you would prefer your mail to be securely shredded instead, you can change this preference at any time in your member portal.
Please note: If you have a Virtual Address plan, your mail will simply be held for collection. The shredding preference is only available on Virtual Office and Virtual Office Hybrid plans.
