PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS – Laptops (Windows, MacOS & ChromeOS)
Before you begin, please ensure you know your portal login e-mail and 5-digit pin number (found in your account – Password).
Please ensure you are logged into your space’s Wifi – WL Guest won’t work!
STEP 1 – Uninstall all existing Work.Life printers (Only applies to printers installed prior to 21/01/2023)
STEP 2 – Download Papercut Print Deploy (The download links will only work when you are located at a Work.Life site).
Select the relevant download link depending on the device you are using.
STEP 3 – Follow the setup instructions.
Remember: When installing and logging in, your username will be your email address, and your password will be 000 followed by your 5-digit PIN (e.g. if your pin is 12345, your password is 00012345).
PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS – Mobiles (Android and AppleiOS)
Before you begin, please ensure you know your portal login e-mail and 5-digit pin number (found in your account – Password).
STEP 1 – Uninstall all existing Work.Life printers from your device.
STEP 2 – Download the relevant Mobility Print Client listed below.
Note: The download links will only work when you are located at a Work.Life site.
STEP 3 – Follow the setup instructions.
Remember: When installing and logging in, your username will be your email address, and your password will be 000 followed by your 5-digit PIN (e.g. if your pin is 12345, your password is 00012345).
Need printing credits?
Ensure you have printing credits by speaking to your Membership Manager.
If you are a Flex member you will need to purchase a printing bundle before you can print.
