A great base to work from, with a fantastic front of house team who organise events and keep us well fed. There's always plenty of space in the co-working areas to settle in with your laptop for the day, and private areas for making calls. And there's the added bonus of other co-workers often bringing in their dogs!

I have been working here for over a year now and love it. Everyone you meet is really friendly and fun to work around, and the space itself is conducive to getting your head down and being productive. The area is great too. The staff are hugely accommodating and look to help you and your business out as much as possible.

Work.Life is a relaxed environment that creates a nice community feel, through the regular events and activites designed to bring the various corporations/freelancers together. The perks on offer are the highlight of each day and sometimes the reason why I come into the office.

East London Coworking FAQs

Where are Work.Life East London coworking spaces?

Our coworking space in East London is located in the heart of Shoreditch, at Rivington House, 82 Great Eastern Street, EC2A 3JF. The shared workspace is a few minutes away from Boxpark Shoreditch, Whitecross Street Market, and The Truman Brewery.

Just a few minutes down the road, Work.Life Liverpool Street is located at 4 Crown Place, London, EC2A 4BT, right next to Broadgate Circle and Liverpool Street station for easy commuting.

Work.Life Farringdon is located next to the Barbican Centre, at 120 Aldersgate Street, London, EC2A 4JQ.

With our Flex and Unlimited coworking space memberships, you’ll get access to any location you like – so you can try them all!

Which East London coworking space is right for me?

Our East London location in Old Street has floor-to-ceiling windows meaning tons of natural light – and it’s conveniently located right on Great Eastern Street. As a coworking member, you’ll get access to great events and socials hosted by the Old Street membership team – so there’s plenty of great reasons to call our East London space your home.

However, our coworking memberships give you total flexibility, so you don’t have to choose just one location. Each area has its own unique quirks; we recommend trying them all to find out which area is the best fit for you.

Who uses Work.Life’s East London coworking spaces?

We’re not sector-specific – in fact, freelancers and businesses from many different industries choose to use our coworking spaces, meaning there’s plenty of opportunity for networking and for winning new business.

At our Old Street location you’ll find lots of creative and digital marketing agencies, software & tech startups, and health & wellness companies in particular.

What are the differences between the two coworking memberships?

Flex and Unlimited both have their benefits; it’s about choosing what’s right for you.

Both give you access to all coworking locations in London, Reading, and Manchester, including our three shared office spaces in East London – Old Street, plus Liverpool Street and Farringdon if you want to be closer to the City.

If you’re looking for maximum flexibility, Flex is pay as you go – so you only pay for space as you use it. Additional services like printing and mail handling are available to add on to your plan.

However, if you’re planning to use workspace more than two days per week, Unlimited is the more cost-effective membership. The membership also gives you a higher discount on meeting rooms, plus mail handling, a registered business address, and printing credits all included.
