At Work.Life, we believe the right working environment can make a difference to how people feel, how teams connect and how businesses perform.
As our business has grown, so has our understanding of what makes a workspace truly valuable. We’re building on everything that makes Work.Life special to communicate more clearly the difference we make to the businesses we work with.
That thinking sits at the heart of our brand evolution. It’s about expressing who we are today, the value we bring and how we help businesses get the best from their people.
Work.Life has always believed that a business performs best in an environment designed for it. When the environment is right, teams focus better, collaborate better and stay longer. That belief has shaped our spaces, our service and the network of like-minded businesses we’ve built.
This is the thinking behind the Work.Life Advantage. We believe the environment drives culture, and culture drives performance. When people feel supported and connected, businesses are better placed to build strong teams and achieve their ambitions.
Over time, we’ve seen how much a working environment can contribute to a business. It can influence how people collaborate, how relationships develop and how teams work together. For business leaders, that network can be particularly valuable. Initiatives such as our Leaders Circle create space for senior people to share challenges, learn from their peers and connect with others who understand the realities of running a business. As a B Corp ourselves, we also run a B Corp support group: certified members keep the standard high, and aspiring B Corps learn from those who’ve been through it.
At Work.Life, we bring together thoughtfully designed workspaces, personal service and a community that creates opportunities for connection. Each element has its own value, but it’s how they work together that makes the difference, keeping teams focused day to day and giving businesses the platform to build the culture they want, and the performance that follows.
As Nat Rakowska, Work.Life’s Brand Lead, explains:
“We have a fantastic product, a genuinely special member experience and so much value to offer growing businesses. This brand evolution is about bringing all of that to the forefront, articulating clearly who we are, what we offer and how we meet the evolving needs of modern businesses. Just as importantly, it’s about creating a consistent, recognisable Work.Life experience at every touchpoint, from a prospective member’s first interaction with us to the everyday moments that make being part of Work.Life unique.”
Work.Life gives you an advantage through workspaces that help you attract and retain great people, build a strong culture, and impress clients, all without the hassle of running an office.
As Sarah Sich, Marketing Director, reflects on the evolution of Work.Life:
“Work.Life has evolved over the years, alongside changes in how and where teams work. As those needs have shifted, so has our audience and what businesses expect from their workspace. What hasn’t changed is what makes Work.Life special: spaces full of personality, genuinely personal service and a real sense of community. This next chapter is about being much clearer about who we’re for today, the value we create for growing businesses, and why Work.Life continues to feel different.”
The Work.Life experience is shaped by the things that happen every day, from the way a space supports different ways of working to the small details that make working life easier. Four pillars guide how we bring that experience to life.
A well-designed workspace should do more than look good. It should support the different ways people need to work, whether that means finding focus, sharing ideas, welcoming a client or bringing the whole team together.
From considered interiors to spaces designed for collaboration, every detail has a purpose. The aim is to create a place that feels good to be in and works hard for the people using it.
The best service is often the kind you barely have to think about. Things run smoothly, the details are taken care of, and there’s a familiar face ready to help when you need one.
At Work.Life, our teams take a personal approach to looking after members and their workspace. By taking care of the practicalities, we make it easier for our members to focus on their people, their work and what comes next.
A shared workspace brings people into the same environment. A genuine community gives them reasons to connect.
Those connections can start with an everyday conversation, develop through shared experiences or grow into introductions, partnerships and new opportunities. Our community gives members the chance to exchange ideas, learn from one another and build relationships beyond their own teams.
For business leaders, that network can be particularly valuable. Initiatives such as our Leaders Circle create space for senior people to share challenges, learn from their peers and connect with others who understand the realities of running a business.
We run the office, so you can run your business. And we do it with culture in mind, because culture isn’t a soft benefit. It’s a driver of performance.
Spaces designed for how teams really work, service that handles the details, and community rituals and special weekly moments all build the culture that attracts and keeps talent.
The value of a workspace is ultimately reflected in how people feel, work together and perform. Through our partnership with The Happiness Index, we gain valuable insight into what shapes a positive working experience.
Our 2026 research shows that Work.Life members score above the UK workplace average across key measures of workplace happiness. The biggest differences are in areas where UK workplaces often fall short: belonging and collaboration.
Compared with the UK benchmark, Work.Life members report a 21.5% higher sense of belonging and 28.3% higher effective collaboration, alongside 4% higher overall happiness and 8% higher productivity.
The Happiness Index identifies belonging as a key driver of happiness, engagement and retention, while its research also highlights the link between happier workplaces and stronger business performance.
These findings reinforce what we believe: a workspace designed around people can make a measurable difference, helping teams feel more connected, work more effectively and perform at their best.

These insights bring the human and commercial value of the workplace into focus, helping businesses understand how their environment can better support their people and ambitions.
Where your team works shapes who you hire, how long they stay and how well they perform.
As Paul Dutnall, Work.Life’s CEO, puts it:
“The office is one of the biggest investments a business makes in its people, and it should earn its keep. Where your team works shapes who you can hire, how long they stay and how well they perform together. Our job is this: workspaces designed with intent, service that takes care of the detail as well as your team, and a community of fellow leaders who open doors for each other and grow together. Get that combination right and the return shows up well beyond the office – in retention, culture, productivity, and ultimately in results. That’s the Work.Life Advantage.”
As Work.Life has grown, so has the role we play for the businesses we work with. Our brand is evolving to reflect that, expressing more clearly what we stand for and what makes the Work.Life experience different.
We’re building on the qualities that have always defined us, while bringing greater focus to the value a well-considered working environment can offer modern businesses. It’s about putting the commercial value of the environment, the service and the network front and centre, in a way that reflects where Work.Life is today and where we’re heading.
Our brand feels more confident in what we offer, while staying true to the distinctive spirit that makes Work.Life what it is.
We believe businesses deserve more from their workspace, and we’re building Work.Life around that belief.
Inspiring workspaces where intentional design, exceptional service and a network of like-minded leaders help businesses perform, connect and grow.
That’s the Work.Life advantage.
