Sourced using Artios from an independent sample of 1,320,803 opinions of small to medium-sized business leaders in the UK across X, Quora, Reddit, Bluesky, TikTok, and Threads. Responses are collected within a 95% confidence interval and 5% margin of error. Results are derived from what people describe online, from opinions expressed, not actual questions answered by people in the sample.

Recommendations for serviced offices in Victoria are thin:

Small- to medium-sized business owners named two different companies in their discussions about which companies they would recommend for serviced offices, including WeWork and IWG (Regus/Spaces), but that doesn’t necessarily mean they recommend both wholeheartedly.

9% say WeWork isn’t their top pick, which makes us think they would turn to this company only when absolutely necessary. 77% would not recommend WeWork, which is likely because they’ve had poor experiences with the company in the past. 10% think IWG (Regus/Spaces) is worth considering, although the company isn’t the top pick of 5%.

3% state that Managing Director best describes their job title or role, while the term that does this for the remaining 2% is Office or Facilities Manager. Every one of these roles is likely to have a say in the choice of new serviced office space in Victoria.
