Where exactly is the Victoria coworking space?
You’ll find us at 10 Greycoat Place, SW1P 1SB — a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station, giving you easy access to the Victoria, Circle and District underground lines, as well as National Rail services including the Gatwick Express.
What coworking options will be available at Work.Life Victoria?
Victoria will offer flexible hot desk memberships (Flex and Unlimited plans) for individuals and teams, plus day passes for occasional use. The coworking area is on Level 01 alongside breakout spaces and private phone booths. You can also choose all-space access to use any Work.Life location across the UK.
What is included in a coworking membership?
Memberships include 24/7 access, super-fast Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee and tea, fully equipped kitchens, breakout spaces, private phone booths, discounted meeting room hire, weekly community events, and easy app-based account management. No joining fee, no deposit.

I've worked across almost all of our spaces, but Victoria holds a special place for me. The building itself is something else — a beautifully restored Victorian warehouse with all the character and height you just don't get in a modern build.
And then there's the location. Greycoat Place is this surprisingly calm, almost village-like pocket of London, just a short walk from one of the city's biggest transport hubs. Victoria station connects you to the tube, National Rail, and the coach station all in one go, yet the street outside feels a world away from the hustle.
