IT Extras typically align with your existing contract terms. For services requiring special setup (like dedicated internet), notice periods will be clearly stated in your quote.
Can I pick individual features instead of a full bundle?
Yes! Teams can choose individual add-ons from our flexible pricing menu rather than a full bundle — we’ll build the right package for you.
Can I speak to someone before choosing a package?
Yes. If your team has specific IT needs, we can arrange a quick chat with our IT experts to find the right IT Extras package. Ideally, set this up before your contract is signed.
Does this mean I no longer get IT support from Work.Life?
Not at all. Your membership team is always here for Standard IT Baseline issues. If it’s a Work.Life infrastructure problem, we’ll sort it. Teams on IT Extras with SLA support get dedicated help.
